Over a decade ago, I crossed paths with Julian while working full-time in EMS. For two people who were so opposite in so many ways, we hit it off and instantly became friends. When Julian first introduced me to Maureen it was crystal clear that she was the perfect match for him. Their connection was undeniable, and they brought out the best in each other. Two kindred spirits who were not just partners but each other’s greatest supporters, always seeking new adventures together.
After Julian’s heartfelt proposal I was deeply honored when they asked me not only to plan their wedding but also to host it at our wedding venue, New Leaf Farm. They gave me the creative freedom to assemble a dream team of wedding vendors, including the talented Kirsten Hartzell, The Epicurean Delight Catering Company, McCarthy Floral, Borrowed Somethings, and Neil Nicastro.
Despite the ominous clouds, the rain held off, much to our relief. The barn was adorned in rustic elegance, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. As Maureen and Julian entered, they were surprised by their groomsman, AJ, who introduced them to our beloved beer donkey, Romeo, from our friends at Safari Farm. Little Romeo couldn’t contain his excitement, knowing that pets and cuddles awaited him.
The guests were treated to an extraordinary feast prepared by The Epicurean Delight Catering Company and couldn’t wait to hit the dance floor. The energy was infectious, and guests appreciated all of the personal touches they had incorporated into their day. It was a privilege to be part of their incredible day
