a thoughtful fall wedding
Every once in a while, a couple walks through the doors for a venue tour, and you just know they're going to be a perfect fit. That's exactly how I felt about Caitlin and Alec. It wasn't just the two of them. Their families were every bit as kind, welcoming, and supportive, and getting to know all of them throughout the planning process was one of my favorite parts of this wedding. By the time their wedding day arrived at New Leaf Farm in Waymart, Pennsylvania, it felt like we had known each other for much longer than a few months. I always looked forward to our planning meetings, and seeing everything come together made the day even more meaningful.
The timing couldn't have been better. The fall color was at its peak, the weather was absolutely perfect, and every part of the property seemed to show off that day. One of my favorite details was knowing that the centerpieces had been lovingly created by Caitlin's stepmother. They added such a personal touch to the reception and were another reminder of how many people poured their hearts into making this day special. Julie from Storied Celebrations created a ceremony that was heartfelt and personal, while BB Club captured every moment with the beautiful, timeless style they're known for. The way Caitlin and Alec were loved by everyone around them was impossible to miss, and I think these photos tell that story better than words ever could.
