Once you decide New Leaf Farm is the right fit, we will send your contract and deposit information. Your date is officially reserved once we receive both the signed contract and your deposit.

A 30% down payment reserves your date. The remaining balance can be split into three, four, or five payments, whichever works best for you.

Most couples book six to fourteen months ahead. Spring dates and peak fall Saturdays tend to fill first, so if you have your heart set on one of those, it is worth reaching out early.

Petite Weddings can be booked up to six months in advance for Saturdays and up to nine months in advance for Sundays and weekdays.

Yes. As a veteran and first responder owned business, we offer a 10% discount to EMS, fire, law enforcement, active military, and veterans. One discount can be applied per booking.

Wedding Coordination is how our team guides you through the final stretch of planning and runs your wedding day. Within two weeks of booking, you receive access to your planning portal with a checklist, guest list tracker, and budget tracker.

About three months before the wedding, you complete your questionnaire and meet with your planner to review it. From there, we build your timeline and details document, hold a review meeting two months out, confirm every vendor, and check in with you again two to four weeks before the wedding. On the day itself, your coordinator is on site for eight hours while the New Leaf team handles setup.

Yes. Wedding Coordination is included with every wedding at New Leaf Farm at no additional cost. It is valued at $3,700, and it is one of the things our couples tell us they are most grateful for.

We can host up to 220 guests, and we provide seating for 170.

Yes. We host one wedding per day, so the farm is yours for your celebration.

Your rental includes exclusive use of the property, tables, chairs, and linens, professional Wedding Coordination, your planning portal, getting ready spaces, access to the Legacy Loft, and setup of your personal décor by our team. See everything included

The reception barn and main guest areas are accessible. If any of your guests have specific needs, let us know and we will talk through the best options together.

Yes. The animals live all over the property, so you will see them during your tour, and your guests will see them on your wedding day. They make for some favorite photos during cocktail hour.

Yes. We share a list of preferred vendors we know and trust, but it is not required. Bar service must be provided by our bar team or one of our approved bartending partners, and caterers who are not on our list need approval before booking. Explore our preferred vendors

Catering, photography, and your other vendors are booked separately. Our team is always happy to recommend people we trust, and our vendor list is a great place to start.

Yes. You provide the alcohol for your wedding, and it is served by our bar team or one of our approved bartending partners. Our team will help you estimate how much to purchase, so you are not left guessing.

Our Bar Basics add-on is $6 per guest and covers non-alcoholic beverages, garnishes, ice, cups, stirrers, and bar napkins. Bar Basics and bartending are both included with our Full Wedding Weekend. Learn more about our bar service

No. The only alcohol on the property is what you provide for your bar, and every drink must be served by a bartender. Self-service of any kind is not allowed, including coolers and self-serve drink stations.

The one exception is getting ready. Each wedding party is welcome to bring one cooler to their getting ready space, and those drinks stay in the getting ready spaces.

Absolutely. Our team sets up your personal items and décor for you, so you do not have to spend the morning of your wedding arranging centerpieces. You also have access to the Legacy Loft, our collection of décor pieces you are welcome to use. See décor and rentals

During your wedding week, you have a one-hour drop-off to bring in your décor and personal items. Please hold onto alcohol and large furniture, since those cannot be dropped off ahead of time.

Yes. Wooden crossback chairs are available as an add-on for $10 per chair.

Our Full Wedding Weekend includes a Friday rehearsal and welcome party on the farm, so you and your families can settle in and enjoy the property before the wedding day.
