Beginning approximately three months before your wedding, our planning team coordinates your timeline, communicates with vendors, organizes logistics,  and manages your wedding day so you can focus on enjoying it.

Yes! Professional Wedding Coordination is included with every New Leaf Farm wedding at no additional cost. This service is valued at $3,700 and gives every couple experienced support leading up to and throughout their wedding day.

We have enough tables and chairs to accomidate up to 170 guests, but the venue itself can accomidate 200+. 

Once you've decided New Leaf Farm is the right venue, we'll send over your contract and deposit information. Your date is officially reserved once both have been received.

Most couples book 6-14 months in advance, with spring and peak fall Saturdays often reserving first. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.

The best way to experience New Leaf Farm is in person. Tours are by appointment and give you plenty of time to explore the property, ask questions, and see if we're the right fit for your wedding.

Yes. Our reception barn and primary guest areas are accessible. If you have guests with specific accessibility needs, we're happy to discuss the best options to ensure everyone is comfortable.

Absolutely. We want your wedding to reflect you, and you're welcome to choose the vendor team that best fits your vision. To help make planning easier, we've put together a list of trusted vendors we've had the pleasure of working with over the years. While you're never required to use them, many couples find it to be a great place to start.

The only exceptions are our bar service, which must be selected from our approved bartending partners, and caterers not included on our preferred vendor list, which require approval before booking.

Your rental includes exclusive use of the property, tables, chairs, linens, professional Wedding Coordination, access to our planning portal, décor storage, getting-ready spaces, and much more. 

Yes. New Leaf Farm is a BYOB wedding venue, meaning couples provide the alcohol for their celebration while one of our approved bartending partners handles the service. This gives you the flexibility to customize your bar while ensuring your guests receive safe, professional service throughout the evening.

Our bar teams will also help you determine how much alcohol to purchase based on your guest count, bar selections, and the flow of your wedding day.
