They happen because someone is paying attention to every detail behind the scenes. Before she owned a venue, Amanda Briggs spent years as a wedding planner, and she learned that beautiful venues do not create seamless wedding days. Thoughtful planning does.
That is why Wedding Coordination, a $3,700 value, is included with every New Leaf Farm wedding. Our team handles vendor communication, timelines, layouts, logistics, last minute questions, and wedding party preparation, so you can enjoy the planning and be present on the day itself.
How it works
Your coordination, step by step
Planning starts within two weeks of booking, and your coordinator walks with you through every step until your wedding day.
- Within two weeks of bookingYou get access to your planning portal, with everything you need to stay organized, including a checklist, guest list tracker, and budget tracker.
- Three months outYou complete your wedding questionnaire, then meet with your planner to review it together and talk through all of the details.
- Two weeks laterYou receive your timeline and details document, which you can review and update until your two month meeting.
- Two months outWe review the document together and make any updates needed.
- After that meetingOur team reaches out to all of your vendors to coordinate and confirm the details.
- Two to four weeks outWe have one more check-in to finalize everything.
- Wedding weekWe schedule one hour for you to drop off your décor. That covers all décor items except alcohol and large furniture.
- Your wedding dayYour coordinator is with you for eight hours to manage your timeline, while the New Leaf team handles all of your setup.
