One of the best parts of signature planning is the time we get to spend with our couples before the wedding day. Over the months of planning, I had the chance to get to know Sam and Leo, learn what was most important to them, and watch their vision come together piece by piece. Their wedding at New Leaf Farm in Waymart, Pennsylvania was filled with personal touches that made the day feel unmistakably theirs. A close friend officiated the ceremony, and their dog stole plenty of hearts while playing an important role in the celebration. Honestly, I don't think we've ever had a four-legged wedding party member behave so well.
After the ceremony, Sam and Leo climbed into a horse drawn carriage, popped a bottle of champagne, and took a few quiet moments to themselves before joining cocktail hour. It was such a fun way to celebrate the moment they had just become husband and wife, and one of those memories I know they'll never forget. The rest of the evening was just as enjoyable. Epicurean served an incredible meal, guests settled in for a night of celebrating, and everything came together exactly the way it was meant to.
Looking back, what stands out most isn't one single detail. It's how intentional every decision felt. Nothing was included because it was expected. Every part of the day reflected Sam and Leo, and that's what made it such a joy to be part of.
